Yes, we do. We are very much concerned about the quality of construction and our workmanship. Hence we offer 1-year free maintenance to any new house we build.
Afterwards, you can avail paid AMC if required.
Do You Construct Swimming Pool?
Yes, we make customized swimming pool with all the necessary features you desire.
Do You Provide 3d Models Before Construction Begins?
Yes, all our projects come with 3D model and complete visualization for you so that you can be sure of what we are building.
Do You Use Branded Plumbing And Electrical Fittings?
Yes, we use only branded fittings for electrical and plumbing. You can choose any brand within the chosen budget. All fittings including screws will be used by the brand specified and will be included in the agreement.
Do You Provide Termite And Water Proofing?
Yes, we are very concerned about quality and these are included in the pricing already.
